Explorando as barreiras da liderança feminina no setor público
uma revisão integrativa

Esta revisão integrativa analisa a literatura sobre as barreiras que impedem a ascensão de mulheres a cargos de liderança no setor público, em um contexto global. A análise de 25 artigos publicados entre 2015 e 2024 destaca três principais obstáculos: preconceitos implícitos, falta de mentoria e políticas organizacionais inadequadas. A pesquisa evidencia a persistência de estereótipos de gênero e a resistência à mudança em culturas organizacionais dominadas por homens. Embora a presença de mulheres líderes possa influenciar positivamente a implementação de políticas mais inclusivas, ainda existem desafios significativos para alcançar uma verdadeira igualdade de gênero e representatividade ativa. A revisão destaca a necessidade de estratégias mais robustas e inclusivas para promover a liderança feminina no setor público, incluindo programas de mentoria, políticas que combatam o “teto de vidro” e iniciativas que promovam uma cultura organizacional mais justa e equitativa.
