Compromiso en el trabajo de los servidores públicos desde la perspectiva de los especialistas

El compromiso en el trabajo se define como un estado mental positivo y gratificante en relación al trabajo. Comprender cuáles son los factores que influyen en el compromiso de los servidores públicos es esencial para elaborar políticas adecuadas de gestión de personas. El objetivo del artículo fue identificar la percepción de expertos sobre los antecedentes del compromiso y posibles intervenciones en el trabajo de los servidores públicos brasileños. Los datos se recopilaron a través de grupos focales formados por personal de gestión y académicos investigadores especializados en el tema. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura sobre los antecedentes del compromiso en el sector público desde una perspectiva multinivel para construir la guía de entrevistas. Los resultados indican que las intervenciones a nivel organizacional, como la gestión estratégica con objetivos y resultados organizacionales bien definidos, así como mecanismos de continuidad durante los períodos de transición administrativa, parecen ser las más prometedoras.
