Abstract

The population of older people is growing in Brazil and around the world, where e-Gov services are a reality and can be understood as a form of engagement in the country's political life. This paper presents a consolidation of the literature on the influences experienced by older people when using e-Gov services. Systematic literature mapping and TEMAC were used to gather information from the literature. Bibliometrics and concept maps were used to consolidate the results obtained. Results show various types of factors, from technological ones such as the availability of connectivity and equipment, to social ones such as age, education, etc. These can be important motivators or barriers to the use of this type of service. It is important to deepen this knowledge in order to promote the participatory inclusion of older people in today's information society.
