Inclusión participativa de las personas mayores mediante el e-Gov en Brasil

un mapeo sistemático de la literatura

Resumen

La población de personas mayores está creciendo en Brasil y en todo el mundo, donde los servicios de e-Gov son una realidad y pueden ser vistos como una forma de participar en la vida política del país. Este artículo presenta una consolidación de la literatura sobre las influencias experimentadas por las personas mayores al utilizar los servicios de e-Gov. Se utilizaron el mapeo sistemático de la literatura y el TEMAC para recopilar información de la literatura. La bibliometría y los mapas conceptuales se utilizaron para consolidar los resultados obtenidos. Los resultados muestran varios tipos de factores, desde los tecnológicos, como la disponibilidad de conectividad y equipamiento, hasta los sociales, como la edad, la educación etc. Estos pueden ser importantes motivadores o barreras para el uso de este tipo de servicios. Profundizar en este conocimiento es importante para promover la inclusión participativa de las personas mayores en la actual sociedad de la información.
