Abstract

Active problem-based teaching and learning methodologies are becoming more present in the reality of educational institutions as they promote student protagonism and enhance the development of new skills, such as critical analysis for problem solving. This article aims to present the experience of the João Pinheiro Foundation School of Government in carrying out the Applied Project II discipline for undergraduate students in the Higher Public Administration Course, conducted in partnership with the State Department of Planning and Management to the identification of real demands of the Government of Minas for improvements in services and channels of assistance to the citizen.
