Criterios de sostenibilidad en compras públicas
validación de un modelo de ecuación estructural desde la perspectiva del triple enfoque de la sostenibilidad

Las compras públicas como instrumento de política pública son una poderosa herramienta para promover el desarrollo sostenible. El objetivo de este estudio es presentar un modelo de ecuación estructural para validar criterios de sostenibilidad ambiental, económica y social en compras públicas. La metodología utilizada fue una encuesta para validar el modelo de ecuación estructural propuesto. La investigación se basa en la percepción de 450 participantes en las etapas del proceso de compras públicas en Brasil, que incluye una encuesta cuantitativa con análisis estadístico multivariado. Los resultados de este estudio empírico indican que la adopción de criterios de sostenibilidad ambiental, económica y social influye positivamente en las etapas de planificación, selección y ejecución del proceso de compras en las organizaciones públicas. El Análisis Factorial Exploratorio (AFE) identificó 6 constructos con el 68,82% de la varianza total explicada y, en la evaluación de la confiabilidad, se encontraron valores de alfa de Cronbach de 0,966 para el instrumento en su conjunto, KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) de 0,946; Confiabilidad Compuesta (CC) de 0,964 y Varianza Media Extraída (VME) de 0,717. Así, el modelo estructural proporcionó evidencia de validez de constructo y confiabilidad, cuyos análisis indican la viabilidad del instrumento de investigación y su contribución a la comunidad académica.
